At Impressions our primary focus is the delivery of outstanding customer service in a way that meets the needs of our customers and we believe that communication is key to this.
So we build our team around people who are great at communicating, fabulous at spinning a variety of plates and committed to being so much more than just good enough!
We are a growing business and like our staff to grow with us. We are all continually learning, perpetually developing our services and operations, always reacting to new needs (2020 was a perfect example of this). We want to be the best in our field and we want our staff to be the best in theirs. We love people who turn I don’t know into I’ll find out!
We also believe that humour and humility are essential qualities. We enjoy coming to work (mostly) and love being part of a team that Is going places! We have a shared love of cake and chocolate and whilst these aren’t essential qualities we do love finding things we have in common.
The Greater Manchester Good Employment Charter encompasses values we strongly believe in and so we have incorporated it into our company mission to be compliant with the charter by the end of 2021.
Impressions Uniforms is run by Mother and Daughter team, Caeryn Collins and Katie Rigbye. The team they have put together is passionate about making life easier for parents and anyone else who needs to buy a uniform for any occasion.
Caeryn is a bit of an Eco nut. She has been known to hug the odd tree and will shout at anyone who puts plastic in the paper re-cycling. She loves real customer service, not the ‘have a nice day’ type! She doesn’t watch much TV but loves theatre, long walks and books! She is also a running coach but only because being the coach means she has to turnup.
Katie lives with her other half Liam and Labrador Bailey (the dog proved easier to train). She is an avid Wigan RL fan and is a regular gym goer. Not because she enjoys excersice – she just likes to eat a lot of chocolate. She has an irrational fear of frogs (and spilling gin)
My priority each day is to make sure that the day runs smoothly and everyone knows what they are doing and when it needs to be done for. My day doesn’t start until my list is done – I love a list – can’t live without them (oh and a snack – I’m usually ready for one by now). As Operations Director, I do a bit of everything, not many days have gone by where I’m not running round like crazy (I need to burn those snacks off don’t I?). I love my job and wouldn’t have it any other way!
We don’t always have job vacancies but that doesn’t mean you can’t send us an enquiry explaining why you think you would be a good fit in our team.
