We try our best to answer any questions you might have, hopefully you can find what you need on this page. We will keep updating this page as our uniform services grow. If you still can’t find the answer you’re looking for please get in touch using the details provided on the enquiry page.

General

Can I return my items?

Yes.  If you have bought in the shop or online you can return any items within 28 days and we will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or a credit note.  Please ensure the garment has all of it’s original labels on and you have proof of purchase.

Can I get a refund?

If your garment is faulty you may have a refund or exchange.  If you have ordered and paid for an item that we cannot supply within a reasonable time frame we will offer a full refund (This time frame may vary depending on the item ordered). However, we cannot offer a refund if you have bought an item in store and simply changed your mind.  Any personalised item ordered cannot be refunded/exchanged unless faulty. How much do you charge for delivery?

Our deliveries cost £5.

Can I collect my order?

Yes! You can collect from our Standish, Golborne or Leyland store.

Schoolwear

What are the different ways to buy my school uniform?

We have lots of different ways to buy your schoolwear, click here to see them.

What are the delivery options?

The majority of our orders are delivered by a member of our team. You will be contacted as soon as your delivery is due to leave us.

Do I need a uniform appointment to shop with you?

No. We do offer appointments for high school new starters and out of hours sensory friendly appointments.

When should I buy my school uniform?

We get extra busy over the Summer months (July and August), the worst thing you could do is leave it until the last 2 weeks in August as we cannot guarantee that we will have all of the items. Please shop in good time.

We reccomend buying the bits your child wont grow out of (ties, bookbags etc.) earlier in the year.

If your child is starting High School this year, our discounted uniform packages run from March 1st until April 30th.

I’m not sure on the quantities of uniform that I need to buy my child?

Each child is different of course.  For younger children at Primary school bear in mind they rarely come home clean, so you can judge the amounts you need on how often you like to wash your child’s clothes!  Primary school children only need one PE kit.

Ties – We always recommend 2 ties, whatever age your child is.  The same pixie that eats socks often plays hide the tie!

My child has additional needs, do you offer any extrasupport?

Absolutely.  You can book a fitting outside of hours where there will be no one else present.  We can ensure quiet and low lighting if necessary.

We can also help you with a range of garments.  We can order natural fibres, have ties made into elastic ties, give you some iron on comfort backing so that embroidered logos don’t rub. Get in touch with your requirements and we will do our best to help.

Workwear & Teamwear

How can I get my workwear from you?

You can get in touch with our team of experts here. Please note the workwear section of the website is still under construction at the moment with lots of new exciting features to come.

What’s the difference between printing and embroidery?

Embroidery is likely to last longer but is better for smaller areas of decoration.  Print is heat pressed onto the garment so you need to take more care washing and drying your garments but you can have a larger area of decoration.

Can you deliver my workwear order?

Yes absolutely!

Is there a set up charge for artwork?

Yes, we do have a set up charge for embroidery and print. This charge is £12 (inc VAT). This charge only applies for the first time that a certain logo is set up. After this you won't be charged a set up for any uses of this logo.

How long will be order take?

As our orders are bespoke to you, timescales can vary. You will be advised at the point of order how long your order will take.

Do you have any brochures that I can look at?

Yes we do. We have brochures in store and are in the works of updating the online brochures.

These will be available very soon.

Is there a minimum order for workwear/teamwear?

No. There is no minimum orders.
