All of our pre-worn donated items have been sorted and processed in line with guidance to ensure they are in good wearable condition.  They are free from damage and stains. 

If you find any defects in the garment you are entitled to exchange for another garment of the same type or value.  If there are no other suitable garments you will be issued with a refund.  Please note defects must be notified to us within 24 hours of receiving the item. 

All monies raised from the sale of pre-worn uniform go back into our CIC.  The money is used to provide packages for families identified by agencies as vulnerable and to support the training and development of the trainees who process the donation.  For more information visit the Smart Futures page on our website. 

All items can be ordered for collection or delivery as per our other garments.
