We have a commitment to being outstanding in every aspect of our service, from the experience in our shops to the experience online. We have a customer experience manager, responsible for all aspects of customer service.  

We recruit and train our staff to be customer ‘obsessed’ and build continuous improvement into our appraisal and rewards system.  

We have a customer panel to ensure our customers can have their say on the garments we use and the services we offer.  

Feedback from our customer panel has led to changes to our website, our services and items that we sell.

  • What if I don’t know what size I need? (how to use our ‘TakeTwo’ service) 

You can buy savings vouchers on line.  

We have an early bird offer (buy March to May, pay in 3 monthly instalments if required and choose sizes in July)  

We offer a VIP Club to customers to give them access to the best appointments, special offers and seasonal discounts.

Children with special needs 

Our staff are trained to be Autism Friendly.  We provide a range of services for children with special needs including: 

  • We offer ‘quiet’ appointments out of hours. 
  • We offer home fittings (covid dependent)  
  • We provide comfort backing for embroidered items FOC 
  • We help to source uniform that the customer feels comfortable in 
  • We have altered garments (such as adding Velcro to shirts or making elasticated ties).  We don’t charge for this service.
